New Organic Condiments! (April 2008)

When you’ve gone to the trouble of buying organic meat, you’ll want to use only the best condiments to bring out its flavour. And now you can! We’ve added new organic apple and mint sauces to our range.

Organic Mint Sauce is made with Soil Association certified organically grown mint steeped in delicate white wine vinegar to produce a well rounded flavour. Organic Apple Sauce is made with cider vinegar, less acidic than wine vinegar and with a fragrant apple flavour to complement the organic apples.

English Provender Organic Mint Sauce with White Wine Vinegar is a must with tender spring lamb – try adding a spoonful to the gravy as well as serving it on the side – or match the fragrant sweet and sour taste with spicy Indian dishes.
